DESIGN BRIEF
Large open planed space with abundant bench space for Family entertaining. Flooding rooms with natural light was important as well as the sound separation from upstairs to down.
CONSTRUCTION BRIEF
Large amount of structural elements used to give open plan living. Hydronic in slab heating giving a gentle supply of heat.
